Jack is a very experienced designer who is also very talented at storytelling and teaching. The mentorship we had for the basket discovery work is a great testament to that. The process was smooth and clear, thanks to Jack I have learnt a lot because of it. The sessions we had were diverse, with a mixture of workshops, design crits and working sessions. I thoroughly enjoyed the process, and I am very grateful!
